Stainless Steel Wire Cloth
We mainly produce Wire Mesh Dutch Weave in two weaving patterns, Twilled Dutch Weave and Plain Dutch Weave, in a variety of materials:

General Use: Stainless steel wire mesh, with its excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion, find extensive uses in processing of oils, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace, machine making, etc.

The Twilled Dutch Weave offers higher strength than regular Dutch Weaves. It packs even more wires in a given area. Generally, this weave has finer mesh counts and lower flow than other Dutch Weaves and can be made to filter particles as fine as 2 microns in diameter. The Plain Dutch Weave is primarily used as a filter cloth. the openings slant diagonally through the cloth and cannot be seen by looking directly at the cloth. This weave has a coarser mesh and wire in the warp direction and a finer mesh and wire in the shute direction, giving a very compact, firm mesh with great strength.

Weaving Pattern: Plain weave,Twill weave ,Dutch weave. We also design some special weaving types to meet customers needs.
Wire dia.: 0.025mm-6mm
Specification: 1-540mesh for plain weaving and twill weaving ,from 12*64 mesh to 325*2300 mesh for dutch weaving.
Size and shape: in rolls(width 0.914m, 1.0m, 1.22m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m-6.0m) and can be punch into pcs, discs etc.
Length: 30.0meter or 100 feet.The special length is available upon request.
